Request a refund on iPhone
Apple bills iPhone subscriptions, so refunds are requested from Apple.
Updated
CutGPT Pro on iPhone is sold through Apple's App Store, and Apple bills it. Because Apple handles the billing, refund requests go to Apple, not to CutGPT.
How to request a refund
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Sign in with the Apple Account you used to subscribe.
- Choose to request a refund, then select your CutGPT subscription.
If you don't see CutGPT there, check that you're signed in with the same Apple Account you use on your iPhone.
Only want to stop future charges?
Cancel your subscription instead. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. See Cancel your subscription on iPhone.
