Move and resize captions

Move captions up or down and change their size on your edit's result page.

Updated

You can place captions where they fit your shot, and make them bigger or smaller. In the web app, open your edit. The controls are on its result page, under Captions.

Move captions

Drag the Position slider to move captions up or down. The preview updates as you drag.

Resize captions

Drag the Size slider to make captions bigger or smaller.

Good to know

  • Position and size apply to all the captions in that edit, and they're saved with it.
  • They carry into your export when Burn in captions is on.
  • Keep captions clear of your face and of anything you hold up to the camera.
  • After you move them, play the edit through to check them against the whole video.

To change how captions look, see Caption styles.
