Which one should you use?

Submagic and CutGPT both turn talking footage into captioned short-form video. Submagic layers more on top, like B-roll, zooms, hook titles and scheduled posting. CutGPT focuses on cutting the mistakes out of one take.

  • Choose CutGPT if you post in English and want retakes, restarts and ums cut in every edit, including your 3 free ones, without uploading your video.
  • Choose Submagic if you want captions in many languages, B-roll, zooms and scheduled publishing, or want to turn long videos into shorts with Magic Clips.

Submagic's bad-take, silence and filler-word removal come with its Pro and Business plans, not Starter.
